Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it is also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S. according to the Surgeon General. Radon is colorless and odorless and in elevated amounts can be deadly. Nearly one out of every fifteen homes is estimated to have elevated levels. The Surgeon General and the Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing all houses. Millions of Americans have had their homes tested for radon, and you should too.
Note: Radon Testing is sub-contracted to a licensed radon professional who works in collaboration with Pinnacle Home Inspection Services.
Wood Destroying Organism
Wood destroying insects and other pests can cause serious damage to the wooden structural components of a house. These destructive organisms can hide and go undetected for long periods of time, but there are many telltale signs for different species that indicate their presence. Have your home inspected for evidence of infestation now before it becomes an expensive problem later.

Mold Testing
Unchecked mold indoors can damage the structure of a home, cause wood rot, and ruin drywall. Most importantly, mold can cause health problems. A professional mold test starts with a thorough inspection of your property. We will investigate any signs of past or present water intrusion, which can promote mold growth, and then take samples of any suspected mold for laboratory analysis.
